On May 06, 1971, about 200 North Viet Congs armed with all kinds of guns came to set up shelters at VT:965-465 in Kraing Yauv sub-district, Sa-Ang district,
Kandal province. The above North Viet congs, under the command of Saret, a former Lieuteneant colonel in Royal palace in Phnom Penh who always went out and entered into Cha sub-district at VT:906-363 and Cham Bab mountain at vt:840-398, in Prey Kabass district, Takeo province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ កា វ៉េ សេ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុន ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ មកតាំងកន្លែងក្នុងសង្កាត់ក្រាំងយ៉ូវ ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេៈ៩៦៥-៤៦៥ ក្នុងស្រុកស្អាង។ កងទ័ពនេះមានឈ្មោះ សារ៉េត អតីតអនុសេនីយឯកនៅព្រះបរមរាជវាំងភ្នំពេញ ជាមេបញ្ជាការ កងទ័ពនេះ តែងចេញចូលក្នុងសង្កាត់ចារ ត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៩០៦-៣៦៣ និងភ្នំចំបាប់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨៤០-៣៩៨ ក្នុងស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ។
