On March 11, 1974, at 6:30, Kong Chhin, 23 years old, born in Chhnah Dai Lae village, Rea thor commune, Peam Chor district, Prey Veng province, defected to Battalion 41 of Infantry Brigade 4 at WT 363-425 in Boeng Slaut village. He defected because he knew that Angkar in Peam Chor district attempted to catch him for causing people to strike.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង៦ៈ៣០ មានជនភ្ញាក់រឮក ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ គង់ ឈិន អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិឈ្នះដៃលើ ឃុំរា ធរ ស្រុកពាមជរ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង បានចុះចូលនូវកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៤១ កងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី៤ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៣៦៣-៤២៥ នៅភូមិស្ទឹងស្លូត។ ការភ្ញាក់រឮកចុះចូលនេះ ដោយអង្គការ ស្រុកពាមជរ រកចាប់ខ្លួនពីបទបំបះបំបោរប្រជាជន។
