A source reported that on May 09, 1971, about 700 armed Viet Cong soldiers hid at WU:385-663 in Koki Thom sub-district, Baray district, Kampong Thom province, and about 500 armed others camped and set up a place for meeting at WU:390-655, in Speu sub-district, Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham province.
ព័ត៌មានថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មកថាយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល៧០០នាក់ បានលាក់ខ្លួនត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ៣៨៥-៦៦៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់គគីរធំ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ និងយួនយៀកកុង ប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ទៀត បានធើ្វជំរុំ និងជាកន្លែង សនិ្នបាតសិ្ថតនៅត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ៣៩០-៦៥៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សឺ្ព ស្រុកចំការលើ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
