On January 31, 1975, Hun Soeun, 18 years old, a Khmer Communist soldier, born in Khyaok village, Po Peus sub-district, Prey Veng district, Prey Veng province, was arrested with one C-K-C gun and 30 bullets at WT 333-743 by National Army in Prey Veng sub-operation region. He also confessed that in February 1974, he joined the Khmer Communist soldiers in Team 1, Platoon 5, Regiment 2, Prey Veng district, Prey Veng province.
The person named, Rin, a sub-district Chief, forced him to join the enmies movement while he was tending cattle. On the other hand, his parents was accused of serving the national police. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុន សឿន អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅសព្វថ្ងៃភូមិខ្យោក ឃុំពពឹស ស្រុកព្រៃ វែង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ ត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិនៃផ្នែកសឹករងព្រៃវែងចាប់បាន ព្រមទាំងរឹបអូសនូវអាវុធសេកាសេ១ដើម និង៣០គ្រាប់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៣៣៣-៧៤៣។ ការសួរចម្លើយជននេះ សារភាពថា បានបម្រើខ្មាំងនៅខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធ ជនក្នុងក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី៥ អនុសេនាធំទី២ កងទ័ពស្រុក ប្រចាំស្រុកព្រៃវែង។ ប្រធានឃុំឈ្មោះ រិន ជាអ្នកចាប់ឱ្យទៅ បម្រើខ្មាំងនៅពេលខ្លួនកំពង់ឃ្វាលគោ ថែមទាំងចោទ«ពុកម្ដាយថា ជាគិញ។
