On November 13, 1970, the North Viet Congs forcibly gathered and evacuated villgers who were living in Svay At, Prek Tamak and Preh Brasab villages in Khsach district toward Sla village and Koh Choram village. 1,500 enemies armed forces had dug trenches and prepared to launch offensive along national road from WU 025-031 to WU 019-043.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៣ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧០ ពួកខ្មាំងវៀតកុងខាងជើងបានកៀរ អ្នកស្រុក ប្រមូលអ្នកស្រុកនៅភូមិស្វាយអាត់ ភូមិព្រែកតាមាក់ និងភូមិព្រះប្រសប់ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ឱ្យទៅនៅភូមិស្លា និងកោះ ចូរ៉ាមខ្លះ។ ពួកវាបានជីកលេណដ្ឋាន និងកន្លែងត្រៀមប្រយុទ្ធ យ៉ាងច្រើននៅតាមផ្លូវថ្នល់ចាប់ពីត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ០២៥-០៣១ រហូតដល់ឌុបដឺវ៉េវ៉េ ០១៩-០៤៣។ ពួកខ្មាំងដែលត្រៀមប្រយុទ្ធ នេះមាន១,៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុន។
