On May 15, 1971, about 170 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces set up shelters at center of an area, bordered by VT:667-637, 667-639, 670-638, 670-636 in Roka Koh sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. Everyday, about 12 enemies moved from their shelters to the east of country, but we didn't exactly know where they went to.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ១៧០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានមកតាំងជម្រកក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេៈ៦៦៧-៦៣៧, ៦៦៧-៦៣៩, ៦៧០-៦៣៨, ៦៧០-៦៣៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់រការកោះ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃពួកខ្មាំងប្រហែល១២នាក់ ចេញពីជម្រករបស់វាឆ្ពោះ ទៅទិសខាងកើត តែពុំដឹងទីកន្លែងពិតប្រាកដឡើយ។
