On October 23, 1974, Three Khmer Communist soldiers named Un Phan and Phay Chhnah, were caught in battle field, Po Rieng village by the National Army in Battalion 276. Then, they were sent to trial.
ដើម្បីនឹងវិនិច្ឆ័យទៅតាមច្បាប់នូវខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន៣នាក់ ដែលមាន ឈ្មោះ ១- អ៊ុន ផន, ២- សៅ សន, ៣-ផៃ ឈ្នះ។ សាមុីជន ទាំងបីនាក់ខាងលើជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិនៃវរសេនាតូច លេខ២៧៦ ចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅភូមិពោធិ៍រៀង នៅលើលានប្រយុទ្ធនាថ្ងៃ ទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
