On November 03, 1973, about 300 Khmer communist armed forces in black clothes, equiped with two AK 47 12,7mm, five Chinese Mitrai yues Sun, 75 mm, had departed a long National Road No.7, from Skun village towards Pa Av village by 3 cars and 4 trucks, and they then had slept in Pa Av village for a night. The enemies had towards stay at VU 799-060 in Prek Kdam village, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣-វិច្ឆិកា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ៣០០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ ខ្មៅប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងអាកា៤៧, ១២,៧មម ២ដើម, មីត្រៃយឺចិន ៥ដើម, ៧៥មម ២ដើម។ ពួកវាបានជិះរថយន្ដ៣គ្រឿង និងចាស់៤គ្រឿង ធ្វើដំណើរតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧ពីស្គន់ មកស្នាក់នៅ ក្នុងភូមិផ្អាវ មួយយប់។ ពួកវាបានបន្ដដំណើរទៅតាំងទ័ពនៅ ភូមិព្រែកក្ដាម ចំណុចវេអ៊ុយ ៧៩៩-០៦០ស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
