A meeting between Khmer Communist and Yuon Viet Cong was held under the purpose of changing position in controlling Prek Chak and Lork region. After the meeting Viet Cong decided to appoint a Khmer Communist to control the two regions, and the Khmer Communist leaders appointed certain members to be responsible for custom, finance and some other committee in Lork district.
កិច្ចប្រជុំមួយបានកើតឡើងរវាងខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងយួនយៀកកុង ប្ដូរតំណែងក្នុងការកាន់កាប់តំបន់ព្រែកចាក និងលក។ ក្រោយពីការ ប្រជុំមកពួកយួនយៀកកុង បានសុខចិត្ដប្រគល់តំបន់ទាំងពីរខាងលើឱ្យទៅខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដកាន់កាប់ម្ដងវិញ ហើយនៅពេលបន្ទាប់មកពួក ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានចាត់គ្នាវាមួយចំនួនឱ្យកាន់ខាងគយ, ខាងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងគណៈកម្មការផេ្សងៗនៅកុ្នងស្រុកលកទាំងមូល។
