I Binh E, Cray ethnic, confessed that for long time ago, Vietnamese had been oppressed his ethnic. But Cray ethnic promised to attack Vietnamese and did not join them. Cray ethnic thanked a lot for the Cambodian government helped their and permitted them to live in peace and freedom.
អ៊ី ប៊ឺងអេបាន ជនជាតិចារាយ បានសារភាពត្អូញត្អែថាៈ ជនជាតិ របស់ខ្លួន«ចារាយ»ត្រូវបានយួនជិះជាន់មើលងាយមើលថោកតាំង ពីដូនតាយូរយាណាស់មកហើយ។ ប៉ុន្ដែជនជាតិចារាយបានបេ្ដជ្ញា ចិត្ដថា នឹងវាយពួកយួកនេះរហូតដល់ទីចុងបំផុត មិនចុះចូលជាមួយ ពួកយួននេះទេ និងបានអរគុណចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ប្រជាជន កម្ពុជាដែលបានជួយទំនុកបំរុងខ្លួន សំខាន់បានអោយពួកជនជាតិ ចារាយរស់នៅដោយសុខកេ្សមក្សាន្ដ។
