On March 27, 1971, the national secret agents reported about two Viet Cong commanders. A commander, colonel, was Bun Thorn and a deputy commander, captain, was Kim Lan. They stayed in Ta Lon village, Sa Ang district. They possessed 600 North Viet Congs hiding at WT:050-476, 150 other hiding at WT:080-517 and 200 other Most importantly Kin Lan was a Khmer soldier in Sa Ang District hide at WT:090-497.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់របស់យើងបាន អោយព័ត៌មានមកថា មេបញ្ជាការយៀកកុងពីរនាក់គឺ ឈ្មោះ ប៊ុន ថន សកិ្ដ៥យៀកកុងជាបញ្ជាការ និងឈ្មោះជា កឹម លន សកិ្ដ៣យៀកកុង ជាមេបញ្ជាការរង។ សព្វថ្ងៃទាំងពីរនាក់នេះតាំងជម្រកក្នុងភូមិតាលន់ ស្រុកស្អាង ពួកវាមានគ្នាប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ នៅត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ០៥០-៤៧៦ និង១៥០នាក់ ក្នុងចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៨០-៥១៧ ហើយប្រហែល២០០នាក់ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៩០-៤៩៧ ហើយ ពិសេសឈ្មោះ កឹម លន នេះអត្ដសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណ ជាទាហានខ្មែរយើង កាន់ស្រុកស្អាង។
