On March 24, 1971, around 200 North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers hid at WT 191-788, in Kampong Reussei sub-district, Pea Rang district, Prey Veng province. They attempted to attack National Army in Kampong Ampel on March 20-27, 1973.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៤ មីនា ១៩៧១ មានយួនយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅឃុំកំពង់ឫស្សី ត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៩១-៧៨៨ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ក្នុងបំណង វាយប្រហារមកលើកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅកំពង់អំពិល នាថ្ងៃទី២៦-២៧ មិនា។
