A source reported that on March 19, 1971, the National Agents found about 700 North Yuon Viet Cong soldiers under the command of a chinese commander built shelters at WU278-904 and 283-902 in forest which was 1 Km to the west of Kraya village in Kraya sub-district, Santok district, Kampong Thom province.
