On March 31, 1971, North Yuon Viet Cong were to set up automatic and Lance reqéte guns in order to ambush our military trucks at Russei Chhor village at VT:858-585, in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. Nowadays, they transfered all committee in all village to live with their special forces, and in turn they transfered the special forces to the district and all villlage. They aimed to capture our army who came to visit their parents and relatives.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើង បម្រុងនឹងដាក់កាំភ្លើងស្វ័យប្រវតិ្ដ និងកាំភើ្លងឡង់រ៉ុក្កែតដើម្បីស្ទាក់ បាញ់ឡានទាហានយើងត្រង់ភូមិឫស្សីឈរ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨៥៨-៥៨៥ក្នុង ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះនៅតាម ភូមិទាំងអស់ក្នុងស្រុកកណ្ដាលសឹ្ទង ពួកវាបានដឹកកណៈកម្មាធិការ ទាំងអស់យកទៅអោយនៅជាមួយកងទ័ពពិសេសរបស់វា ហើយវាយ យកកងទ័ពពិសេសមកដាក់រាយតាមស្រុកភូមិទាំងឡាយដែលពួកវា កាន់កាប់។ បំណងរបស់ពួកវា គឺសម្រាប់ចាប់ទាហានយើងដែលមក សួរសុខទុក្ខបងប្អូនឪពុកម្ដាយ។
