On March 22, 1971, about 50 Khmer Rouge set up permanent shelters at VT 479-548, 483-551, 484-549 and 481-547, Prey Lum Peang sub-district, and in Prey Ta Neap at VT 462-538, Thamada sub-district, Kong Pisey district of Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២២ មីនា ១៩៧១ មានខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែល៥០នាក់ បានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍នៅក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤៧៩-៥៤៨, ៤៨៣-៥៥១, ៤៨៤-៥៤៩ និង ៤៨១-៥៤៧ ក្នុងឃុំព្រៃសំណាង និងនៅក្នុងព្រៃតារាប ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៤៦២ ក្នុងឃុំធម្មតា ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
