A source reported that 45 North Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong armed forces deployed and hid themselves along the border between Kampong Svay and Svay Pra Teal sub-district in Sa Ang district of Kandal province. The source indicated that they were to attack National Army in Kampong Svay.
