Van Savann, alias Chon, 30 Years old, Khmer, and Sok Sokha alias Yum, 20 Years old, Khmer, were brought to justice by a General, unknown name. They lived in Roka Kpous sub-district , Sa Ang district, Kandal province. And on August 10, 1971, they were arrested for serving North Viet Cong movement by Aational Army in Battalion 8 in war operation region 4. They also confessed that they served in the North Viet Cong movement, under the command of Nam Long, a Vietnamese commander in Chroy Russei forces for 6 months.
សូមប្រគល់ខ្លួនជូនលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ ដើម្បីឱ្យតុលាការវិនិច្ឆ័យនូវជន ជាតិខ្មែរ២នាក់ ដូចមានខាងក្រោមៈ ១- វ៉ាន់ សាវ៉ាន ហៅ ចុន អាយុ៣០ឆ្នាំ ២- សុខ សុខា ហៅ យ៉ុម អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជនទាំងពីរនាក់នេះ មានទីលំនៅរួមគ្នានៅឃុំកោះរកា ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ត្រុវបានកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៨ តំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹក លេខ០៤ ចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ បទបម្រើ ផលប្រយោជន៍អោយពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុង។ ជនទាំងពីរនាក់នេះ សារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានបម្រើក្នុងចលនាយៀកកុងចំនួន៦ខែ ដែលឈ្មោះ ណាំ ឡុង ជាតិយួន ជាមេបញ្ជាការតាំងជំរុំនៅក្នុងព្រៃជ្រោយឬស្សី។
