On March 30, 1971, some 40 Khmer Viet Cong under the command of a man riding red horse set up shelters to the South of Boeng Rameas village VT:692-797, Tuol Prek sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ៤០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃមេបញ្ជាការរបស់ពួកវាជិះសេះពណ៌ ក្រហមបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅខាងត្បូងភូមិបឹងរមាស ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ០៩២-៧៩៧ នៅក្នុងឃុំទួលពេ្រច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
