On March 30, 1970, about 240 North Yuon Viet Cong and Khmer Rouge equipped with assorted guns spreaded propaganda in Sa Romeang village VT:702-007 and in Brambei Mum village at 702-003 for more than one hour. Then they came to set up shelters at VT:710-001, VT:709-003, VT:714-005, VT:715-003 in Krang Mkak sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរ ក្រហមចំនួនប្រហែល២៤០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុនបានចូលទៅ ឃោសនានៅភូមិសរមាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៧០២-០០៧ និងភូមិប្រាំបី មុំ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៧០២-០០៣ ប្រហែលជាងមួយម៉េាងទើបពួកវា ត្រឡប់មកតាំងជម្រកត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៧១០-០០១, វ៉េតេៈ៧០៩-០០៣, ៧១៤-០០៥, ៧១៥-០០៣ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងម្កាក់ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
