On March 31, 1971, about 100 Khmer Rouge set up shelters at VT: 586-814, 587-816, 591-815 and 590-813 in Krang Lvea sub-district, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានមកតាំងជម្រកត្រង់វ៉េតេៈ៥៨៦-៨១៤, ៥៨៧-៨១៦, ៥៩១-៨១៥ និងវ៉េតេៈ៥៩០-៨១៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ក្រាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
