Approximately 100 Khmer Communists equipped with various guns: M16, CKC, AK47, B40 guns and 12,7mm machine guns, under the command of Seng Eng, stayed in Prek Andaung village between WT144-298 and WT 163-295 and set up a headquarter at WT 150-297. They attempted to raid ship covoy travelling along Mekong river.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល១០០នាក់មានអាវុធអាកា៤៧, អ៊ឹម១៦, សេកាសេ, កាំភ្លើងយន្ដ១២,៧មម និងបេ៤០ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ សេង អេង មកនៅភូមិព្រែកអណ្ដូង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៤៤-២៩៨ រហូតដល់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៦៣-២៩៥ ហើយប៉ុស្ដិ៍បញ្ជការនៅចំណុចឌឹុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៥០-២៩៧ ខ្មាំងទាំងនេះមានបំណងចាំស្ទាក់បាញ់ក្បួននាវាយើងនៅក្នុងទនេ្លមេគង្គ។
