On March 30, 1971, 50 khmer Viet Cong armed forces, under the command of Tan Ly Mien, the chief of committee front of Kandal province, withdrew from Kampong Svay to mingle with villager in Prek Tea Hean Sao at WT:028-589 and in Po Ta Bang village WT:025-573, in Svay Pra Teal sub-district of Sa Ang district. They disguished as fire wood choppers or fishermen in day time, but at night they came into local people's houses.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន ៥០នាក់ ដែលមានឈ្មោះតាន់ លី មៀន ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការ រណសិរ្សខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ជាមេបញ្ជាការបានដកចេញពីតំបន់កំពង់ស្វាយទៅ លាក់ខ្លួនបន្លំជាមួយអ្នកស្រុកព្រែកទាហាននៅត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០២៨-៥៨៩ និងភូមិពោធិ៍តាបាំង ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០២៥-៥៧៣ សង្កាត់ ស្វាយប្រទាល ស្រុកស្អាង។ ពួកវាបានបន្លំខ្លួនធើ្វជាអ្នកកាប់អូស ឬនេសាទត្រីតែពេលយប់វាចូលនៅតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុក។
