Chai Sophal, 28 years old, Khmer, was arrested by Infantry Brigade on July 23, 1974 in the battlefield of Ta Lat village on National Road No.04. He confessed to serving in Khmer communist Movement in December 1973, as a combatant in Team 2 of Platoon 2, Company 20, Battalion 502, Regiment 16, Brigade 3 of Region 3, Southwest Zone.
ឈ្មោះ ផៃ សុផល អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវកងពលូចថ្មើរជើង បាន ចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅសមរភូមិ តាឡាត់ តាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានសាភាពថា បានចូលបម្រើ ចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដកាលពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយមានមុខងារជា យុទ្ធជន ក្នុងក្រុមទី២ នៃកងអនុសេនាតូចទី២ កងអនុសេនាធំទី២០ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៥០២ កងវរសេនាធំលេខ១៦ នៃកងពលតូច លេខ៣ តំបន់១៣ ភូមិភាគនិរតីទិស។
