The National Agents reported that on March 12, 1972, under the command of Mam Phan, about 100 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers established shelters at VT 495-535 in Cham Na village, Krang Ampel sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៣ មិនា ១៩៧២ ភ្នាក់ងារយើងបានផ្ដល់ពិត៌មានមកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២ មីនា ១៩៧២ មានពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃទាំងអស់បានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅក្នុងភូមិ ចំណាយ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤៩៥-៥៣៥ មេវាឈ្មោះ ម៉ម ផន នៅក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
