On September 23, 1974, about 80 khmer Liberation soldiers under the command of Prom moved to Prek Dambang at TT 950-190 in Koh Kong province. They killed two Khmer Communist district Governers and looted 10 B40 guns from this and one M82 guns Prey Dambang village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៤ កងទ័ពខ្មែររំដោះប្រហែល៨០នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ជាមេបញ្ជាការប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានទៅកាន់ ភូមិព្រែកដំបង ត្រង់ចំណុចតេតេ ៩៥០-១៩០ ហើយបានសម្លាប់ សមាជិកគណៈស្រុកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដដែលនៅភូមិព្រែកដំបង នោះចំនួន ២នាក់ ព្រមទាំងរឹបអូសយកបាននូវកាំភ្លើងហ្ការ៉ង់អឹមអេង ១០ដើម និងអ៊ឹម៨២មម។
