In Region 32, Zone 304, there were 3 Battalion 403, 404, 405, which just had been eastablished in mid 1973. the Battalion 403 based in the west of Kdei pagoda at VU 921-978 was under the command of Sam Ayou, around 35 years old.
តំបន់៣២ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ មានកងទ័ពចំនួន៣កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ៤០៣, ៤០៤, ៤០៥ ដែលទើបនឹងចាត់តាំងឡើងនៅក្នុងរវាងពាក់ កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៤០៣ មានទីបញ្ជាការតាំង នៅខាងលិចវត្ដក្ដី ក្នុងត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩២១-៩៧៨ ស្ថិត នៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ សំ អាយុប្រហែល៣០ឆ្នាំ។
