Between August 14-30, 1974, the person named Dey, a Khmer Communist high ranking military officer in regiment 7. He taught military strategy to the new soldiers from militiamen at UU 163-940 in Kvav village; at UU 173-934 in Reang Tou village and at UU 180-910 in Chrak Pipea village. About 370 Khmer Communist soldiers conscripted from military strategy school at TV 400-480 and TV 398-474 to the North of Kampong Leng village in Sre Anteak sub district, Pailin district.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៤-៣០-សីហា-១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ឌៃ នាយទាហាន ជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាធំលេខ៧ នៃខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានបញ្ជាឱ្យបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រទាហានថ្មីដែលបញ្ជូនមកពី កងឈ្លបប្រចាំភូមិខ្វាវ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ១៦៣-៩៤០, នាំងទូ ត្រង់អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ១៧៣-៩៣៤ និងច្រកពីពា ត្រង់ចំណុច អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ១៨០-៩១០។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែលចំនួន ៣៧០នាក់ ដែលទើបជ្រើសរើសបានពីកន្លែងហាត់រៀនក្បួន យុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅត្រង់ចំណុចតេវ៉េ ៤០០-៤៨០ នៅខាងជើង ភូមិកំពង់លែង ត្រង់ចំណុចតេវ៉េ ៣៩៨-៤៧៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ស្រែអន្ទាក់ ក្រុងប៉ៃលិន។
