On April 8, 1971, 200 Viet Cong Armed Forces, most of them were Vietnamese, set up their headquarter at VT:925-367 with a 12.7mm artillery installed in the West of the house of Leng Seang in sangkat Char. Another 60 Viet Cong, most of them were Vietnamese, came to stay in wooden houses along road in front of Char pagoda at VT:915-376, sangkat Char. And 50 other stayed in Char Chak village at VT:835-408 in sangkat Tnaot, Prey Kabass district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងចំនួន ២០០នាក់ភាគច្រើន គឺយួនបានមកតាំងទីបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៩២៥-៣៦៧ ព្រមទាំងមានតាំងកាំភើ្លងធំ១២,៧មួយដើម នៅខាងលិច ផ្ទះឈ្មោះ ឡេង ស៊ាង ក្នុងសង្កាត់ចារ ហើយពួកវា៦០នាក់ទៀតភាគ ច្រើន គឺយួនមកនៅលើផ្ទះឈើតាមថ្នល់នៅមុខវត្ដចារ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៩១៥-៣៧៦ សង្កាត់ចារ ហើយ៥០ទៀតនៅភូមិចចក ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេៈ៨៣៥-៤០៨ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្នោត ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស។
