On March 7, 1974, So Sary, 22 years old, Khmer nationality and Sen Song, 18 years old, Khmer, alias Sen Saroeun were arrested during battlefield by National Army Infantry Brigade 80, while they were fighting in Ang Kanh village, Kien Svay district. So Sary was born in Phab village, Phab sub-district, Kam Chay Mea district, Kampong Cham province. Sen Song, alias Sen Saroeun was born in Sieng Khvang sub-district, Kam Chay Mea district, Prey Veng province. They served in Khmer Communist Movement, as Combatants in Platoon1, Company 1, Battalion 102, Regiment 100, Region 20, Zone 203, and they were brought to justic.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ កម្លាំងយោធាកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើង ទី៨០ ចាប់បានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ២នាក់ នៅលើទីលានប្រយុទ្ធភូមិអង្កាញ់ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ។ ជនទាំងពីរនេះម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សូ សារី អាយុ២២ ឆ្នាំ នៅភុូមិនិងឃុំផាប ស្រុកកំចាយមារ (ព្រៃវែង) និងម្នាក់ទៀត ឈ្មោះ សេន សុន ហៅ សេន សារឿន អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ ឃុំសៀង ឃ្វាង ស្រុកកំចាយមារ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ បានបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយ និស្ដឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ១ កងអនុសេនាធំ១ វរសេនាតូច១០២ កងវរសេនាធំ១០០ តំបន់២០ ភូមិភាគ ២០៣ ជនទាំងពីរនេះសូមប្រគល់ច្បាប់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោស។
