On September 1, 1972, about 30 North Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong armed forces in black dress, under the command of Khut Yam, with 10 motor boats, hid in the Southern part of Yuon village at WT101-645 and WT171-643, Banteay Dek sub-district, Kien Svay district of Kandal province. They intended to attack National Army in Dei Eth.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ កញ្ញា ១៩៧២ យៀកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ចំនួនប្រហែល៣០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខោអាវខ្មៅ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ ឃុត យំាុ ដែលមានទូកម៉ាស៊ីនចំនួន១០គ្រឿង។ បានមកលាក់ខ្លួនខាងត្បូង ភូមិយួន ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៦១-៦៤៥ ចំនួន៥ទូក និង៥ទូកទៀត មកលាក់ខ្លួនចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៧១-៦៤៣ ក្នុងឃុំបន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ខ្មាំងមានបំណងវាយប្រហារកងការពារ ជាតិយើងនៅតំបន់ដីឥដ្ឋ។
