On February 13, 1973, about 100 Khmer Rouge equipped with carabine, 40-M1 and M-16, set shelters in Russei Krang village UU 465-870, Mong district of Battambang province. 70 National Army who had been
captured in the battlefield of Sala Lekh Bram and Ta Ches, were sent to the position mentioned above. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរក្រហមប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធការ៉ាបីន, ៤០អ៊ឹម១ និងអ៊ឹម១៦ បានមកតាំង ជម្រកនៅភូមិឫស្សីក្រាំង អ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៤៦៥-៨៧០, ស្រុកមោង ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា កងទ័ពជាតិចំនួន៧០នាក់ ដែល ត្រូវបានខ្មាំងចាប់នៅសមរភូមិសាលាលេខ៥ និងតាជេសនោះឥឡូវ ពួកខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជូនមកទុកនៅចំណុចខាងលើដែរ។
