York Sao Marin, 19 years old, Khmer, born in Kampong Kdei village, Siem Reap sub-district, Siem Reap district, Siem Reap province.was sent for judgement on August 03, 1971, he was arrested for joining the North Viet Cong army in Chan Trea, war operation region, Svay Rieng province by South Vietnamese Armed Forces. And he then was sent to National Armed Forces in Infantry Brigade 4 by South Vietnamese authority.
He also confessed that he actually joined the north Viet Cong army. សូមប្រគល់ខ្លួនអោយតុលាការវិនិច្ឆ័យនូវជនជាតិខ្មែរម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ យក់ សោម៉ារិន អាយុ១៩ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកំពង់ក្ដី ឃុំសៀមរាប ស្រុកសៀមរាប ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។ ឈ្មោះនេះចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ដោយទ័ពរដ្ឋការយួនខាងត្បូងធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹក នៅចន្ទ្រា «ស្វាយរៀង» ហើយបញ្ជូនមកឱ្យកងទ័ពដាក់ក្នុងកងពលតូច ថ្មើរជើងលេខ៤ ដោយចោទពីបទចូញលធ្វើទាហានយៀកកុង។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថា បានចូលធ្វើទាហានយៀកកុងពិតមែន។
