On March 13, 1973, around 150 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers armed with PM-AC guns, AR-15 guns, two 60mm mortars in black uniforms, under the command of Ta Kak in battalion 104 set up shelters at VT 687-957, 087-959 and 687-962 in Ta Lork village, Trach Tong sub-district, Oudong district, Oudong Meanchey sub-province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ១៥០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅនៅកងវរៈសេនាតូច១០៤ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ តាកាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, អាអ៊ា១៥ និងកាំភ្លើង ត្បាល់៦០មម ២ដើម ចូលមកតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិតាឡក ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៦៨៧-៩៥៧, ៦៨៧-៩៥៩ និងវ៉េតេៈ៦៨៧-៩៦២ ក្នុងឃុំត្រាចទង ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ។
