The person named Chhauv Soeng Kot, was born in 1951, in Sra Yauv sub-district, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province, the son of Chhauv Kiet and Pat Sieng. On May 16, 1970, he was appointed as a second class sergent, signing a 3 years long contract with National government.
ឈ្មោះ ឆូវ សឹងគត កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥១ ក្នុងឃុំស្រយ៉ូវ ស្រុក កំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ជាកូនឈ្មោះ ឆូវ គៀត និងនាង ប៉ាត សៀង។ ប្រភពត្រូវបានតែងតាំងឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពល ខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងនាទីជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រី កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ ដោយបានចុះកិច្ចសន្យាចំនួន៣ឆ្នាំ ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាតិ។
