Ms. Vin Kheng, 16 years old, Khmer, confessed that in January 1974 Ms. Voeun, department chief of Region 33, sent her to Phnom Penh and rent a house for her in Tuol Sangke. But she had not yet received any order from the chief.
នាង វីន ខេង អាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ កាលពីខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ នាងវឿន ជាប្រធានមន្ទីរតំបន់៣៣ បានបញ្ជូនខ្លួនមកក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ ហើយជួលផ្ទះនៅទួលសង្កែ ឱ្យនាងនៅ។ ប៉ុន្ដែនាងមិនទាន់ បានទទួលបញ្ជាអ្វីពីនាងវឿននោះទេ។
