A source reported that Khmer Viet Cong in Kampong Chamlang and Ba Rong sub district, Vihea Sour district banned villagers from passing between Sam Bour village and Bak Dav village. They appointed soldiers to guard the area and arrest villagers who came into those region.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់កំពង់ ចម្លង និងសង្កាត់បារុង ស្រុកវិហារសួគ៌ បានបិតមិនឱ្យអ្នកស្រុក ដែលនៅក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់នោះចេញចូលទេ គឺចាប់ពីភូមិ សំបួរ រហូតដល់ភូមិបាក់ដាវ ដោយបានចាត់គ្នាប្រដាប់អាវុធបង្កប់ខ្លួនយាម គ្រប់ច្រកចាំស្ទាក់អ្នកស្រុកដែលចូលទៅតំបន់នោះ។
