On March 18, 1973, about 1,000 Khmer Viet Cong , equipped with PM-AC, B-40, 75mm guns and 60mm mortars under the commnad of comrade Kosal, were deployed along a canal channel.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរ យៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល១,០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, បេ-៤០, ត្បាល់៦០មម, ៨២មម និងកាណុង៧៥មម ក្រោម បញ្ជាការឈ្មោះមិត្ដកុសល មករាយគ្នាតាមបណ្ដោយព្រែក។
