On January 25, 1973, about 10,000 people in Koh Khel Prek Ambel and Khporb commune, protested against Khmer Viet Cong who banned villagers from travelling from one commune to another and seized their properties for collective.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសង្កាត់ កកោះខែល, ព្រែកអំបិល និងខ្ពប ប្រហែល១០,០០០នាក់ បានធើ្វការ តវ៉ាប្រឆាំងនឹងច្បាប់របស់ខ្មែរយៀកកុងដែលបានឃាត់ឃាំងមិនឱ្យប្រជា ពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសង្កាត់ខាងលើរកស៊ីឆ្លងពីសង្កាត់មួយទៅសង្កាត់មួយទៀត ជាពិសេសដកហូត និងរឹបអូសទ្រព្យសម្បតិ្ដរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋយកមក ដាក់រួម។
