The document translated from recording taps was the confession of Laeng Vang Yeu aka Le Vang Yung, Vietnamese citizen, 1st class sergeant of security in Chauv Thanh district, Tai Ninh province. Laeng Vang Yeu aka Le Vang Yung confessed that in February 1978, he came to spy on the Kampuchea situation for two times; on February 11, 1978 he was arrested in Svay Rieng province.
