forcibly gathered and evacuated villagers from Balang village VV 892-030 in Sangkat Kampong Thom, kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ មករា ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល៣០នាក់ បានចូលមកកៀរអ្នកស្រុកនៅភូមិបាឡាំង វ៉េវ៉េៈ ៩២-០៣០ សង្កាត់កំពង់ធំ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។
