A source reported that December 17, 1972, approximately 200 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces, equipped with a 60mm mortars, ten B-40 set up shelters in the Northern part of Phnom Kak at VT 484-367, Kak commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៧-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធមានកាំភ្លើង ត្បាល់៦០មម ១ដើម, បេ៤០ ១០ដើម បានចូលមកតាំងជម្រក នៅជើងភ្នំកក់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤៨៤-៣៦៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កក់ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
