Srey Lenh, was permitted to serve in the National Army as a corporal-trainee in Military police unit, signing a 3 years contract numbered 0720/K.K.CH/PH.R/B.S with National government, starting from November 05, 1970.
ឈ្មោះ ស្រី លេញ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពល ខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រីតម្រួតយេធាដោយចុះកិច្ច សន្យា៣ឆ្នាំ គិតពីថ្ងៃ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ តាមដីកាអនុញ្ញាឱ្យភ្ជាប់ កិច្ចសន្យាលេខ៨៧២០ កកជ សធក ផអ បស ចុះថ្ងៃទី៥ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧០ តទៅ។ ប្រភពមានកំណើតនៅឃុំព្រៃឈរ ស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែក ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង «ពុកឈ្មោះស្រី អ៊ូន (ស្លាប់) និងនាង អ៊ុំ(ស)។
