On May 16, 1970, Prum Sareth, born in Treang district, Takeo province. Voluntarily joined the National Army as corporal trainee and signed a three years contract with National Government.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ សារ៉េត រស់នៅស្រុកទ្រាំង ខេត្ដតាកែវ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ មានមុខងារជាសិស្សពលបាល ត្រីកាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ ដោយបានចុះកិច្ចសន្យាជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលជាតិចំនួន៣ឆ្នាំផង។
