On December 19, 1972, about 40 Khmer Viet Cong came to stay in Ket Chang village at WT 108-664, Dei Eth commune, Kean Svay district, and in Kanleng Chass village at VT 120-673, Dei Eth commune, Kean Svay district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៩-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៤០នាក់ បាន ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិកេតចង់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបឌឹវ៉េតេ ១០៨-៦៦៤ សង្កាត់ដីឥដ្ឋ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ និងភូមិកន្លែងចាស់ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ១២០-៦៧៣ សង្កាត់ដីឥដ្ឋ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
