On February 07, 1973, around 1,500 North Yuon-Khmer Viet congs soldiers in black uniforms armed with fourty B-40 guns, thirty M-79 guns, four 75mm mortars, ten 82mm heavy artilleries, PM-AC guns and AR-15 guns came to stay at VT 191-844 in Sang Ke Sra Top village, Thpong district, Kirirom province. They attempted to attack the National Army in Oudong Meanchey and Kampong Tralach sub-district shortly there after.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរ យៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល១,៥០០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅ និងខៀវប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធបេ-៤០ ចំនួន៤០ដើម, អ៊ឹម-៧៩ ចំនួន៣០ដើម, កាំភើ្លងកាណុងទំហំ៧៥មម ចំនួន៤ដើម, កាំភើ្លងត្បាល់៨២មម ចំនួន១០ដើម ប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ និងអាអ៊ា-១៥ជាច្រើនដើម ចូលមក ស្នាក់នៅភូមិសង្កែ ស្រទបចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ១៩១-៨៤៤ ក្នុងឃុំសង្កែ ស្រទប ស្រុកថ្ពង ខេត្ដគីរីរម្យ ក្នុងបំណងមកវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិ យើងនៅខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ និងខេត្ដកំពង់ត្រឡាច ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
