ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ូ ពៅ រស់នៅស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែក ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង បានស្ម័គ្រ ចិត្ដចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០។ ប្រភពមានឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រីតម្រួតយោធា។
