On December 19, 1972, approximately 200 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces, under the command of Chiv, and Seh Hoh, and based in Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province to hide in Prek Phnao village at VU990-120, and in Ko He commune at VU 992-130 in Muk Kampoul district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៩-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធស្ថិតក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ជីវ និង ឈ្មោះ សេះ ហោះ ដែលមានទីស្នាក់ការនៅស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ បានមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិព្រែកភ្នៅ ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៩០-១២០ និងសង្កាត់គោហេ ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៩២-១៣០ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
