On February 10, 1973, about 500 North Yuon-Khmer Viet Congs soldiers moved from Chy He toward Khsach Kandal district. Then, they divided into small groups to hide at WT 085-975 in Roka village, at WT 076-966 in Tang Russei village and at WT 128-908 in Me Ba village, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ចំនួនប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធើ្វចលនាចេញពី ជីហែរ ចូលមកក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ដោយបានបំបែកគ្នាជាក្រុមតូចៗ មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិរកា ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ០៨៥-៩៧៥ ភូមិតាំង ឫស្សី ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៧៦-៩៦៦ ភូមិមេបាន ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១២៨-៩០៨ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
