On February 10, 1973, 3 Khmer Viet Cong moved from Tuol Sleng area, Sangkat Lekh 17 to Phnom Penh, by crossing Chroy Changva bridge. The three were: 1. Tong Seng Loeung, deputy chief of Prek Po region, Srei Santhor district, Kampong Cham, 2. Iek Phan member in charge of information and 3. Khun Hak who was in charge of education and arrangement. They intended to sabotage Phnom Penh by disguising as cyclo drivers.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុង៣នាក់ បាន ចេញពីតំបន់ទួលស្លែង សង្កាត់លេខ១៧ ឆ្ពោះចូលមកក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដោយបានឆ្លងកាត់តាមជ្រោយចង្វា។ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងទាំង៣នាក់ នោះរួមមានឈ្មោះ កុង សេងលឿង ជាអនុប្រធានរៀបចំតំបន់ ព្រែកពោធិ៍ ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម, ឈ្មោះ អៀក ផាន ជាសមាជិកខាងការរៀបចំ និងទទួលបន្ទុកខាងស៊ើបព័ត៌មាន, ឈ្មោះ ឃុន ហាក់ ទទួលបន្ទុក ខាងការអប់រំ និងការរៀបចំ។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាង លើមានបំណងធើ្វវិចេ្ឆតកម្មក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ តាមរយៈការបន្លំខ្លួនជាអ្នក ធាក់សីក្លូ។
