On December 12, 1972, three Khmer Viet Cong committee named Am Pho, Chum Phuong and Toem Ron nominated a woman named Sam Siman who lived Kan Doeng Thom village, Kan Doeng commune, Bati district, Takeo province to came into Takhmao provincial town in order to buy food stuff and spy on national armed forces base and artillery position at VT 814-473 to the west of Trapang Chhouk village, Kan Doeng commune, Bati district, Takeo province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ មានគណៈកម្មាធិការខ្មែរយៀកកុង ៣នាក់ឈ្មោះ អំ ផូ, ភួង និង ទឹម រុន នៅភូមិកណ្ដឹងធំ សង្កាត់ កណ្ដឹង ស្រុកបាទី បានចាត់ឱ្យស្ដ្រីម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ សំ ស៊ីមន ចូលមក ក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ដើម្បីទិញគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងស៊ើបព័ត៌មាន ផេ្សងៗពីកងទ័ពជាតិ, កន្លែងតាំងកាំភ្លើងធំយកទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យកងទ័ពវានៅខាងលិចភូមិត្រពាំងឈូក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨១៤-៤៧៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កណ្ដឹង ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ។
